How much is The Lighthouse membership?
The Lighthouse community membership costs:
- $15 per month for Community access
- $29 per month for Insider access
- $99 per month for VIP access
How do I pay?
Upon signing up, you will create an online profile and be asked to enter your credit card information. Your credit card will then be charged monthly or annually, depending upon your chosen level.
What is included in the membership?
Depending on which tier you choose, you’ll gain access to the following:
- Live, weekly interactive circles
- Classes with Carrie and special guests
- Live, monthly Zoom spirit circles with intuitive readings
- Monthly office hours with Carrie
- Monthly astrological insights and songs for each sign
- Community access

I don’t have Instagram, can I still watch weekly lives? And if I miss the lives, can I watch a replay?
Everything is archived, so you can go back and review it as many times as you wish.
You can access all content via the Lighthouse Membership Portal EXCEPT for the Friday Lives.
Unfortunately, at this time, Instagram does not offer an option to save Lives outside of the platform.
How does the membership work and how can I access it?
We send a monthly email with links to all events and videos and give you access to an online calendar of events on our members-only site.
How often are events held?
We hold live circles weekly and monthly.
Weekly interactive circles on Instagram are held every Friday at Noon EST. Classes, Spirit Message
Circles and Office Hours are held monthly – with a different weekly event. All events are archived in the Lighthouse Membership Portal, except for the weekly Instagram lives/circles.
How often will I have contact with Carrie?
You can see and share with Carrie every week via her weekly Instagram Lives in addition to her monthly classes, Spirit Message Circles, and Office Hours where you can hang out with her and other members and ask questions.
Who do I contact if I have any questions about my Lighthouse membership?

I don’t have a credit card. Can I make a payment for the Lighthouse another way?
Unfortunately, we are only able to accept payment via a credit card or bank debit card with a credit card attached for the Lighthouse.
How much notice do I need to give to cancel my membership
You’ll need to let us know before the last day of the month to cancel your membership.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel, simply click on your account and on the subscription tab. There you will see your current subscription. If you have a monthly membership, click cancel, and your membership will be canceled for the following month. If you are a yearly member, click cancel, and your membership will not continue for the following year.
As a default setting, monthly memberships will continue to charge you monthly on the day of signup until you cancel your membership. For yearly subscriptions, your membership will auto-renew on your annual membership signup date until you cancel.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds for monthly subscribers. Annual subscribers have 72 hours to request a refund from their initial date of purchase.
